APARTMENT The Kitson Apartment is an elegant three-bedroom apartment located in the popular Alpes building in the centre of Chamonix. The three bedrooms include two twin bedrooms and one master bedroom with a double bed. The bright and spacious living room opens onto a kitchen that flows into the dining area. The living room leads out to a fantastic balcony offering unobstructed views of the iconic Mont Blanc massif—a perfect spot to watch an alpine sunset. The apartment also features a street-facing balcony, an ideal spot to soak up the atmosphere during summer events like the UTMB. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dryer. LOCATION The Alpes building is a modern, bright complex located right in the heart of Chamonix. It sits next to the river that runs through the town centre, offering breathtaking views of the Aiguilles de Chamonix. Chamonix’s shops, bars, and restaurants are literally right outside your door, along with a number of delicious bakeries. The apartment is a short walk from the Savoy ski lift, which provides access to the Brévent and Flégère ski areas. If you’d like to explore the other ski areas and villages the valley has to offer, the bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. In the summer, countless hiking trails are within walking distance of the apartment, and the 50-meter outdoor pool, tennis courts, and adventure park are just a short walk away.

The apartment features an open-concept living/dining room with a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, an oven, a hob, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine/dryer. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a separate toilet. Bedroom 1—double bedroom with one double bed. Bedroom 2—twin bedroom with two single beds. Bedroom 3—twin bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom 1—shower over the bathtub, sink, and toilet. Bathroom 2—shower over the bathtub, sink (no toilet). Bathroom 3—en suite bathroom attached to Bedroom 3 with a shower and sink (no toilet). Separate toilet. Outside, there is a sunny balcony, a designated parking space in the underground car park, and a designated ski locker in the basement.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
Reservations for a self-contained unit include linens and towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and the local tourist tax. You can check in to the apartment between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM—we may be able to arrange a later check-in, but this must be requested in advance (there is a €70 surcharge for late check-in).
