Sur la terrasse il y a une luge remplie de déjections d’oiseaux. Les chambres donnent sur une place bruyante le soir et la nuit. Commerces, bars, restaurants, tout se fait facilement à pieds. En revanche, la résidence est organisée de manière circulaire ce qui fait caisse de résonnance !! Une boite de nuit ouverte de 1h à 4h se trouve juste en bas de l'immeuble, ainsi que des bars musicaux... Même en dormant toutes fenêtres fermées, on entend... L'appartement est fonctionnel et spacieux, et la terrasse offre une très belle vue sur le Mont Blanc.
