  • APARTMENT The Biolay 2 apartment is a fantastic two-bedroom apartment located near the Planards ski area and the Montenvers train station, in the popular town of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. The apartment has two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people when using the sofa in the living room. The apartment is modern and equipped with everything you need for a great holiday in the Alps. There is a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and access to a sauna shared with another property. Given its proximity to the Planards ski area, the Biolay 2 apartment is an excellent choice for families looking for an easy morning start, as many ski schools run their kids’ clubs in the Planards ski area. In the summer, the Planards area becomes the Planards Amusement Park, home to the famous Chamonix toboggan run. The Chamonix toboggan run is a thrilling toboggan run that winds through the forest—a must-do when visiting in the summer.

    LOCATION
    The Biolay 2 apartment is very well located in Chamonix. It’s just a short walk from town, yet away from the noise, in a peaceful spot with a village-like atmosphere. The apartment is located right at the corner of the Planards beginner slopes and the toboggan run, and there’s an excellent bakery just a two-minute walk away. But best of all, the Biolay residence is at the end of the famous Vallée Blanche ski run. It’s the perfect spot to return to after an epic descent! In conclusion, the Biolay apartment is an ideal place for small groups and families who want to be close to the action, yet in a quiet setting.

    WHAT’S INCLUDED
    Reservations for self-contained accommodation include linens, end-of-stay cleaning, and the tourist tax. You can check in to the apartment between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM—we may be able to arrange a later check-in, but this must be requested in advance (there is a €70 surcharge for late check-in).

Comfortable Condo for Ski Vacation

The property is very much as described. Was close to center of town. Walking distance to bus station, grocery, dining. Could use better lighting especially in the bathrooms.

Great, new property with a short walk away from Chamonix Centre in a quiet area. Skibus stops about a 2-3 minute walk from the house. Apartment is new, kitchen is well equipped and communication with the local host to get the keys was easy. It is really spacious for 4 people, ok for 6 (1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed and 2 single beds). Sauna is also quite nice after a whole day of skiing and washing machine, dryer is also available. I would recommend to switch on the hot water in the morning to get home to a nice hot shower in the evening.
