"The property was beautiful and clean overall, but there were a few issues. Two of our five rooms were not ready by 4:00. The rooms were warm and the staff at the front desk were quite rude. The restaurant was very disappointing for dinner. The food is overpriced for what we got and many of our entrees that we ordered were wrong or cold, and when we told the server it was not handled properly at all. We had to speak with the manager and he also was non-responsive. Breakfast was good and the bar food and staff were also very good."

Spa was fully booked so I was unable to get any treatment, and the communication was an issue there also. I was surprised they charge hotel guests to use the pool and sauna, I’ve never heard of that. Check in was smooth and friendly but interaction with staff ended there. Always 2 employees out front but treated me as if I were invisible. I expect more, especially at those prices. Air conditioning is governed and not very cool in the room because of it."
