#### Welcoming host but property a bit scruffy

Patrick is a very welcoming host but the inside of the property is looking tired and in need of a major declutter, redecoration and a deep clean. The outside space and pool are great. The bedding and towels provided were well used and did not inspire confidence in their cleanliness. At the end of our stay we were asked to pay cash for the linen even though we had prepaid for this via Novasol. This dispute meant our departure was more stressful than necessary.
