The chalet has a living area of 150m² and 300m² of land. Close to restaurants, shops. House including a large living room with fitted and equipped open kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom. Parking planned for a maximum of 4 cars. Baby equipment included. The key reception and return is done at our Saint-Nectaire office independently with our connected key box. Options that must be requested during booking: (ATTENTION, our laundry kits are biodegradable and disposable) \- Laundry kit including: \* large bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases (30€) \* small bed: Small flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase ($15) Towel at 5 euros each (55\*120), at the end of the stay, bring them back home with you! End-of-stay cleaning mandatory. The key handover (arrival and departure) takes place at the Saint-Nectaire agency. A mandatory deposit of €800 (not cashed) will be requested (check or bank imprint).
