"When they say soundproof rooms, they mean it. Although, there weren't that many people staying here during my stay I was impressed by it being so quiet it could even be described as serene. I could have thought I was the only one staying at this motel. It was that quiet. "

"The property was perfect for us and was very clean. It is in a pretty area that is surrounded by trees and sounds of nature. The dock makes for a pretty view of the lake as well. Kitchen supplies were enough to make some quick meals and the a/c works really well as we visited in summer. The hosts were very kind and made our trip more enjoyable. Mr. Falleur provided me with helpful information about the area such as kayaking and fishing. They also have a binder that lists different restaurants in the area and places of interest. Communication was great and we enjoyed our stay. Mr. and Mrs. Falleur are great hosts and I highly recommend this property if you plan on staying in that part of Arkansas."
"We had a great time. Everything was as described and perfect for what we wanted in this stay. We loved the outdoor area and the bench swing set up feet away. Will definitely book here again when in the area and can’t wait to check out some other properties this host has to offer. Overall everything was great with easy check in check out and great vibe "
"Great location for riding trails. Very conveniently located. The cabin itseĺf was comfortable enough, not luxurious, but adequate for our needs. The bed was comfy, wifi worked well and it was quiet. The cabin was not very clean. The floor was kind of gritty and the dishes we used all had to be washed before we could use them. The only AC units were in the living room, the bedroom got kind of hot. We just purchased a fan from Wal-Mart and helped push air thru. The price was reasonable for this cabin and other than the cleanliness, I'd stay again."
