A terrace overlooking the property will allow you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the river. The entire accommodation is equipped with modern and antique materials which gives it a unique and refined soul. Staying here will give meaning to the "sweetness of Anjou". <br>Inside the accommodation, 3 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms will add to the success of your stay. The geographical location in the heart of the city will give you access to all the shops on foot. The Saturday morning farmers' market will allow you to discover the particularities of our beautiful terroir. In addition, between visits to renowned cellars with winegrowers eager to share their profession, the many marked paths around this UNESCO World Heritage Site, bike rides (mountain bike, road or electrically assisted) or even navigation on the Loire thanks to the many boats, your stay with us will fill you with discoveries and sharing rich in emotions. Belle demeure, joliment décorée et en parfait état, dont la terrasse fait face à la Loire et qui est parfaitement située pour se rendre au centre de Chalonnes, faire une balade à vélo ou une promenade le long de la Loire, du Louet ou du Layon.
