This 75 m² cottage comprises a ground floor and a mezzanine level, offering complete privacy and adjoining the owners' residence. It includes three bedrooms (two double beds and two single beds), a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a traditional filter coffee maker, a lounge with a large-screen TV, DVD player, and fiber optic Wi-Fi, as well as a shower room with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. A hairdryer and iron are also provided.

Comfort is enhanced by underfloor heating, central vacuuming, mosquito nets, quality bedding, and the use of natural materials: earth-based paint, hemp insulation, and natural linoleum flooring in the bedrooms.

This house offers a cool stay in summer thanks to its thick walls and favorable orientation.

Outside, there are two private, unfenced plots of land measuring 600 and 800 square meters, where children can play and, in winter, safely go sledding – no cars pass by, the road ends at our property.

Summer offers hikers the opportunity to walk the GR3 long-distance trail, enjoy the routes created by the owner on Visorando, and explore the vast summer pastures of the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park. The village, just 2.5 km away, is a great place to discover local specialties such as sourdough bread and the famous blueberry tarts.

This gîte has been renovated using eco-friendly materials such as hemp and rigid wood fiber for insulation, earth pigments for the plaster, and the absence of carcinogenic products.

This welcoming gîte, with its tasteful décor, also features a garden lounge with a deck chair, barbecue, and parasol.
