"Property was old and run down, when i first arrived the staff at reception declined my credit card and said they wanted paying in cash for the whole 13 days I would be there. Unprofessional, the room they gave me had the hardest mattrice ever, i explained i would not be able to sleep on such a bed they did show me another room and i must admit the manager did try to fix the hard bed problem with some success. I got the impression staff not well trained. Manger was new trying to train at same...
