Charming Fully Equipped House with Parking and Terrace

We wish to welcome calm guests who will respect our property. Our accommodation is located in Chaingy, in the Centre-Val de Loire, France. It is 2 km from the banks of the Loire, between Orléans and Meung-sur-Loire, where you can enjoy beautiful walks on foot or by bike. Just 100 meters away on foot, you will find all the shops in the village center: bakeries, newsagent/tobacco shop, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, medical office, bar, two hair salons, beauty institute, the Post Office and an ATM. A children's playground and a fitness trail for adults are also 100 meters away, as well as a city park for teenagers (basketball court, skate park).



Our single-storey cottage of 45 m², completely new and fully equipped, has a large south-facing terrace. It offers the peace of the countryside while being close to the city: Orléans is only 8 km away and the Orléans-Centre exit of the A10/A71 motorways is 10 minutes away. Enjoy this peaceful space with a private, enclosed garden, whether for a stopover or a longer stay, for private or business trips. It will be a pleasure to welcome you!



Access is secured by an electric gate, and you can park your vehicle safely and free of charge.
