The property was nice and things felt clean. Staff was very nice. There were some bumps that just made things difficult when traveling with young children. First, when we checked in and got to our room there were people already in that room. So they gave us an already occupied room. We had to go back and explain the situation and get a new room. The room itself was average but the TV remote barely functioned. It was frustrating trying to get it to turn on or change any channel so we eventually gave up. We got a text the day of our stay that the hot tub was broken, which was unfortunate because one of our kids was looking forward to the hot tub. The swimming area was nice though and the kids pool was great for toddler aged children. I would probably stay here again but wouldn’t count on the hot tub or TV.

Activities were great!! No breakfast open at 6:00am or 6:30am. We should have brought some food. It was expensive.
