Unfortunately, due to strong winds, the pool did not look clean. Saw the staff removing the fallen leafs, but wasn' enough.
The cabañas looked a bit worn out now, compared to two years ago. Beds were not too comfortable.
The staff's attention was very good.
Very good breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is amazing, but the communication with the hotel staff was very poorly managed. At check in they didn’t informed us about anything (including amenities, breakfast, etc) and said the only communication tool was through WhatsApp but they didn’t replied in the first 12 hours, and then because we didn’t replied rapidly they didn’t clean our room the next day. Thad was disappointing for an expensive hotel like this.

Beautiful hotel and the staff is amazing! The beaches are clean and private. You feel super safe as the place as security and it is very exclusive.
