"A really lovely hotel in a beautiful historic town. The superior room was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The staff are exceptional and we’re really helpful and friendly. Dinner in the restaurant was outstanding. "

"We had a lovely overnight stay at this gorgeous little B&B. Very different from the usual chain hotel stays we have when travelling. Catherine was so friendly & helpful & even booked us dinner at a local restaurant which was delicious & amazing value. If you are after a great value taste of rural French hospitality, the Sandine & Catherine will be hard to beat. "

"Excellent area & facilities. Unfortunately it was cold & the radiators in our room didn’t work - it was obvious they needed servicing. The restaurant food was very good but our steak order was taken by an unpleasant man. Breakfast was good but with offhand service from a different man. Never felt valued guests. "
