Gite equipped with fiber optic internet for business travelers and long-term stays. Contemporary house located in a hamlet with a wooded, enclosed garden in the heart of the countryside, near the Côtes de Blaye, near the Côtes de Bourg, the Vauban city, 37 km from St Emilion and 40 km from Bordeaux (UNESCO sites). The property features a covered terrace, covered barbecue, and a carport for 2 cars. The owner chose a garden-style dining area to create a vacation feel. Large living area: kitchen (microwave)/dining room/living room, laundry room with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, 3 bedrooms (3 double beds), bathroom with a hairdryer, walk-in shower, and separate toilet. Electric heating at an additional cost. Kitchen linens provided. Water charge of 1 cubic meter per week. End-of-stay cleaning available, and bed and bathroom linen rental at an additional cost. Tourist tax is additional. The cottage's capacity is limited to 6 people. Parties and gatherings are not permitted in this rental. Proof of holiday insurance will be required upon arrival.
