This three-bedroom property has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay for the family, a group of friends or singles. Giralang is your very own home away from home in the Hunter Valley. Located two minutes from Cessnock CBD you can leave the car at home and explore Cessnock on foot. After some sightseeing or to explore the region, Pokolbin and the Hunter Valley is five minutes away. The property sits on a busy main road, yet the location is fabulous for exploring the region. Turn left out of the driveway and you head into Cessnock, Wollombi, and other historical towns in the area to explore. Turn right and you head straight into Pokolbin where you can taste the many delights the Hunter Valley has on offer. The single level property has everything you require as you take in the vineyards and attractions during your stay. \- 3 BEDROOM HOUSE – (all with built in storage) two rooms with queen size beds, the third has two king single beds. \- Master bedroom has an ensuite with walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity. \- Smart TV with free Wi-Fi. \- Bathroom with Shower, bath, vanity, and a separate toilet. \- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and more. \- Laundry with washing machine, dryer, and clothesline in rear garden. \- Air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. \- Gas fireplace to curl up in front of. \- Lovely rear fenced private yard with entertaining deck for everyone to enjoy. \- And for the light sleeper you will find ear plugs for use during your stay too. The home is beautifully decorated with quality items. The beds are excellent and firm. Loved the fire place. Able to park in back yard, off the street and store mountain bikes in the garage for safe storage. Some very simple, nice touches - coffee pods and machine, all the kitchen items of home, ear plugs, and board games.
