It is decorated very nicely and had a kitchen, so it felt more like an apartment than a hotel. Super confortável, com camas para 5 pessoas. Dispõe de wi-fi e TV a cabo. Cozinha americana equipada com cooktop, frigobar, microondas, lava-louças, utensílios domésticos. Banheiro super espaçoso com banheira e um amplo box. Roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade. Fica localizado a 1 Km do centro histórico de Cesky Krumlov, cerca de 10 a 15 minutos a pé, com um desvio que se pode descer por escadas ou rampa. Razoavelmente tranquilo o deslocamento, considerando o custo benefício, tendo em vista que as acomodações dentro do centro histórico estavam em valor bastante superior. Uma observação é que o Villa Gap está localizado ao lado de uma linha férrea e, pela manhã, os trens começam a passar bem cedo, podendo perturbar o sono de algumas pessoas. O Villa Gap dispõe de lavanderia.
