Pension Kristian is a fully renovated hotel with all of the amenities (no Air conditioning) but the room fan provided was more than enough to make the room comfortable for sleeping. Communication with staff was less than ideal. No email was received about self-checkin or checkout (it’s a B&B, so they are not there all the time); they responded to a text I sent to staff about checkout by expressing that I annoyed them by my late text. Not all rooms have AC, but this was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. Host Eva very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. But beware: Cesky Krumlov is an entirely pedestrian town with very few taxis and all tourist parking outside the centre. So you will probably have to walk your bags to your room. Kristian and Eva have gotten all the details right in this lovely property. It is located a block off the main square down a quiet street in the middle of everything. We asked if we could store our luggage until check in time and on arrival were able to check in, instead. Kristian was very responsive with messaging and helpful with recommendations. Our room was very comfortable and had a great view.
