Set off to discover the gems of Corsica and the East Coast: relax on the beach or try your hand at water sports, go for a walk or a horse ride – you’re bound to find something to suit you!

The house comprises a bright living room with a sofa, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, two lovely bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, and a garden with a furnished terrace. You’ll also be able to enjoy the residence’s swimming pool! Bed linen and towels available on request at an extra charge.

The property
Set out on one level, the house is laid out as follows:

Living area:
- A bright 30 m² living room with a ceiling height of over 3 metres, furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, working fireplace (wood not provided), armchairs and a dining table.
- Kitchen opening onto the living room and fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, worktop that can be used as a high table with 4 high chairs.

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: master bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), storage space, and en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.
- Bedroom 2: 3 single beds, storage space, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside:
- Enclosed garden with a green area, from where you can enjoy views of the sea and the mountains. There is an outdoor shower with hot water, ideal after an afternoon at the beach!
- A 20 m² covered terrace facing east-west, furnished with garden furniture, a parasol, a gas barbecue, sun loungers and armchairs.

Communal facilities at the residence:
- An outdoor, unfenced, unheated swimming pool, open from June to September. Opening dates are for information only and are subject to change by the residence. Sun loungers and parasols are available around the pool.
- Two tennis courts (booking required) and a park with two volleyball courts.
- Two bars/restaurants overlooking the beach.

- An above-ground parking space is available for all types of car within the residential complex.

- A cot and high chair are available on request and at an additional cost from the concierge service, subject to availability.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
