Geralmente quando isso acontece é oferecido algo melhor mas nos foi oferecido 2 cabanas onde os chuveiros não eram bons, mas enfim foi tudo bom. A piscina poderia estar mais limpa. A jacuzzi sem condições de uso. Café da manhã muito bom."

"At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening. Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around. "Such a lovely hotel, just as shown in the pictures! We were so pleased with the fantastic view from our bedroom, such a treat! Really friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, the only downside is that we could only staff for one night! Lovely walks straight from the hotel and only a 10 minute drive into town for all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!"

"Unfortunately the hotel structure makes it difficult to describe the hotel as a boutique experience.It was fine for 2 nights,great walking nearby,but the finish of the hotel is poor.Having read previous reviews the management have improved many of the previous complaints.Air conditioning was in the rooms,breakfast buffet was topped up regularly etc.Its the finish of the hotel that is poor,flooring,shower flooded bathroom etc.None of this is the fault of the staff but the design & build.No easy fix"
