Really liked the location and our room was upgraded which was also very nice. Housekeeping did not observe the do not disturb sign several times in our 3 night stay. I would recommend putting the lock on the inside of the door to prevent their entry while you are still in the room.

Well appointed apartment, really pleasant building. Great beds, very quiet at night. Lovely neighbourhood with possibly some of the best coffee going. Spoilt for choice for decent places to eat also.
Wonderful base for exploring Holešovice, City Centre and the surrounding areas. Tram stops practically outside.
Only criticism is the check in, as building is unstaffed relies heavily on kiosk and clear information. Kiosk is easy enough to use, once you get the hang of it, but doesn't have the most user friendly interface. Information printed on walls is incorrect, use the entire reference given (not ten digits as indicated).

"For a 5-star hotel, this is by far the worst one I have ever stayed at. The room didn't have the usual amenities, the bed was really uncomfortable, and they had price tags on everything-- even on a bottle of water. There was no water fountain / filling machine on the floor, so you just had to drink ..."
