8.4/10 Very good! (451 reviews)
The property is centrally located with clean and modern rooms.
There was a good selection and variety of foods for breakfast.
The hotel offers beach towels, beach umbrellas, chairs, etc. for guests' use which is a very nice touch.
We found all staff, especially reception to be friendly and helpful.
We have no hesitation in recommending the Mercure Biarritz and would definitely stay again.

10/10 Exceptional! (1 review)
This was an amazing place to stay!
We had the whole property, three floors, and the owners were very friendly with lot's of advice re places to visit. You should be aware the location is approximately 20 minutes away from San Sebastian in a quiet village.
The owners will come in and make a lovely breakfast if you wish and there is an Alcompo supermarket not too far away if you wish to shop.
Just look at the photos of this place and you will realize that if you are looking for a really unique place to stay, this is it.

Make sure you bundle your accommodation, car hire and flights with Expedia to get the biggest bang for your travel buck. Consider these flexible payment options below:
- Pay monthly holidays: Jet off on that dream holiday sooner with Klarna's monthly instalment plans. If paying bite-sized amounts each month works for you, pick this option during the checkout process.
- Pay in instalments holidays: If you want to pay off your escape across multiple transactions, holidays paid in instalments might be right for your Book Now, Pay Later holiday through Klarna.
- Low deposit holidays: If paying a small percentage of your getaway (rather than all of it upfront) makes it easier to hit that "book now" button, go for a low deposit holiday payment plan from Klarna.
