Proximity to the beach and the diving club, as well as the hinterland (hiking, mountain biking ....) With 2 terraces including 1 overlooking the bay of Cerbere, and a small garden, this house on 1 floor (120m2) has 3 bedrooms: 2 downstairs (1 with 140x190 bed, 1 with 2 bunk beds) and 1 upstairs (cot 160x200). On the floor: 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 equipped kitchen with full view on sea, 1 room of water with separated TOILET. On the ground floor, small lounge and fitted kitchen, as well as 1 bathroom and separate toilet. Der kleine Karten und die große Dachterrasse sind fantastisch. Von der Ausstattung bietet das Haus alles was man braucht. Empfang und Kommunikation sehr gut.
