"Good value for money and friendly host. I would give it 3.5 stars. The property has a lovely garden and view of the lake but best suits someone with a car as there is a limited bus timetable to and from Varenna and is not suitable for walking. We travelled in October so perhaps there may be better transport options in the summer months. The room had everything we needed but could do with some updating."

"The villa was very beautiful, was easy to get to and from varenna. Communication with the host was super easy and she was super lovely. There were quite a few stairs to the top tho!"

"The property was beautiful and clean. Communications with the host were easy even though we didn’t speak Italian. Host was very responsive to our questions and responded immediately. A/C functioned well in the bedrooms. There were many beautiful areas to relax outdoors. The town of Cima was lovely and we had really good meals at the local restaurants. "Ideal property for getting around Dervio and a lovely area close to the lake. Good amenities in the property. "
