The biggest disadvantage is moving to the beach on the weekends. Hotel guest do not have any priority for the golf carts coming and going and you have to make a really long line to come back from the beach. There are no rules in the beach so there are people fishing next to you (dangerous), anyone can take the hotel umbrellas, people put loud music. The hotel overall is okay, the staff is really friendly except for the manager that is in charge on Saturdays. She wasn't polite at all. As a travel agent I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my clients. We also had issues with our bedroom AC, in this case they were willing to solve it and they provided another room.

The staff was very friendly and the housekeepers were really nice. The property was clean and quiet. Very relaxing vacation. The rooms were nice and the view was really awesome
