Centrum Kultury i Sztuki

This was a nice hotel but we had a mixed experience. Most of the staff was very very nice but Angelika was consistently rude and standoffish. Also, please change the hand soap - it is so strong and smells like old man cologne! And then our room when we got there was only half cleaned. Lastly, there is no front desk staff a night time, but just a phone number for security in which we called numerous times and nobody ever picked it! Overall though the restaurant has a very nice breakfast, it was a perfect location, and the hotel had a cute charm.
