Outstanding—professional, genuinely polite, and always ready to help with a smile, making every moment effortless and pleasant. We’ve stayed in many places, but this one has ruined us for anywhere else. From now on, whenever we’re in São Paulo, this is our only choice. Highly, highly recommend!
