Our stay was good, not excellent because even though in theory the hotel is fairly new, the rooms looks and feels old in various details. Example - the mirror looked fairly old. The walls outside had scraped paints. Overall the room felt over-weared (our coffeemaker was not working). A big complain about the pillows. We had to ask for standard ones. Did not like our standard room location since right outside we had two ugly door of hotel use, not utility. But again the ofuro service that we liked a lot last time was excellent still.

The boarding pass or checkin process is pretty great. It’s robust and full of information. However once you’re in you can forget about customer service. I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored. The remotes did not have batteries. One of the TV’s wasn’t working and I was left to figure things out entirely on my own. The main bedroom shower drain is clogged. It’s pretty gross showering with feet submerged in used soapy water tha should just drain. Instead toes swimming in dirty water.
