"We arrived to the hotel and were given a room that had a terrible noise on the AC. The window of the room on the 6th floor was broken. It was dirty, the water glass in the bathroom still had toothpaste marks as it was used before. I asked at the desk for another room, he said that that wasn’t possible, all rooms were taken. "Nice hotel located closed to a casino with free parking and breakfast while check in was cumbersome because they have in record that was one room instead of two this was solved after talking with management later one of the rooms have water loss in the bathroom and need to move to another one."
