"​I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Lima Miraflores, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel excels in many areas, though a few minor maintenance and setup issues held it back from being a perfect 5-star experience for me. ​The Highlights ​The room was exceptionally clean and impressively quiet. The bed and pillows were top-tier, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. ​The staff are a credit to the hotel. Everyone I encountered was polite, professional, and genuinely welcoming. ​The buffet breakfast is outstanding! The variety is incredible, and I loved that the selection changed daily. It’s easily one of the best parts of the stay. ​I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The hotel has a high-level security system, and the in-room safety features provided great peace of mind. ​While I had a great time, I did report a few issues on my first day that unfortunately weren't addressed during my stay: ​There were no glasses or holders for toothbrushes, and oddly, nowhere to hang or place a hand towel in the bathroom. These are small details, but they impact daily convenience. ​Between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, the shower water was consistently cold. This seems to be a peak-hour issue that needs looking into. If these minor hardware and plumbing issues were resolved, this hotel would easily earn a full 5-star rating. It is a beautiful property in in a great location, and I would still highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miraflores! "

"My stay was ok, you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t recommend this hostel to a family or older adults. I had a couple of issues being the most noticeable the water shutdown during the day, I wasn’t able to do any personal hygiene during the whole morning. Also, don’t expect this space to be noise free, so if you are a light sleeper, this place is not for you."

"I arrived 12:30am the person at the front desk didn’t speak English he call someone who did he couldn’t find my booking I waited 15 mins finally I got in my room with no hot water at 5:00 am I got up to water flooding the living room they changed my room where I stayed till 11:00am they than told the problem couldn’t be fixed so I needed to move to another hotel …they paid the taxi to the new hotel ..which turned out to be a BLESSING they paid the taxi to take us to the new hotel .. they did all the communication to me to SUPERB 1BR WITH BALCONY IN LUXURIOUS BUILDING it was a great upgrade "

"Staying at Casa Falleri is spending the night in a museum! The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating, the hotel itself is eclectic and beautiful, the bed was comfy, the made to order breakfast was simple and delicious, and the location cpuld not have been better. A quick walk to the main square and ocean views, i would absolutely recommend this hotel and would book again if i were to return to Barranco."

"The property was in a great location, however there were several things wrong. Upon entry to the property, your greeted with a very musty/moldy smell. The property is very hot which would normally be okay with me but this unit is on the first floor and the windows are not caged so I was uncomfortable leaving windows open for ventilation. I’m assuming this is what created the moldy smell. Everything in the unit was damp to the touch including the bed. This is not an ideal feeling when you want a good nights sleep. The internet continuously drops completely out. You would be lucky to get a full 5 minutes of uninterrupted internet, and because the location is on the bottom floor you get no cell signal either. I ended up finding black mold in the unit as well. I did bring all of these issues up to management and was only offered a 15% discount on my next stay. I was very unhappy about this location. "
