Centro Artesanal Maragato

Wonderful kind staff. Any time of day (or evening) willing to provide food and sustenance. Room was as advertised with four beds , bath and small balcony with views. In the downside there was a silverfish on the bedding on arrival, not dangerous to humans but not very nice, and the water came out the taps brown and there was no plug for the bath anyway. We improvised but it was brown water bath. It was a great location and enjoyed several walks into the médulas and had a great day out in Ponferrada & swimming in the lake, and enjoyed the mining tunnels at Orellan. The sunsets and sky were lovely from the hotel. The breakfast and evening meals were very good at hotel.

Cool vibe at an old monastery. Good food too.
