We had a relaxing stay at this property. The grounds are beautiful, the daily breakfast offered plenty of options, and the rooms were spacious. The main area for improvement is the service, and the rooms could use some upkeep. The staff often seemed overworked and disengaged, which affected interactions with guests across the board. It may help to bring on additional staff during peak season and adjust shifts to reduce burnout. A few changes in this area would make the overall experience much stronger.

The parking was free including un the underground garage if you check in online. Reception check in was brilliantly fast and efficient and luckily the room was available early. We love the garden and huge open spaces . Traditional and modern architecture. Access to Mon Brio via the Spa ( very good price in the week) is a feature we value greatly. The shower was hot, the bed comfortable, the balcony and seating with view of the pool was all much appreciated as was the friendly staff at all levels of the team . Enhorabuena! Y que vaya muy bien.

The chair was small and uncomfortable the bed was extremly uncomfortable, there was no cabinet and only a few hangers could not find a place to keep my underwear and shirt etc. so i had to leave them in the suitcase, the breakfast was ok, not good for the price they ...
