Our room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable.The location is highly convenient because it is so close to the airport. Every single staff member we met was very nice and welcoming. A huge highlight was that they provided us with a takeaway breakfast, which was perfect for our early departure. We highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel clearly had its prime some time ago and is now due for a refurbishment. It is clean, I’ll give it that. The staff are fantastic, and the food is as good as ever - but while it used to impress a few years ago, it now feels quite outdated. The heating/air conditioning system is old and barely works, making the room stuffy and weird temp. The amenities are well maintained and clean, but the old carpet had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals making stuffiness even worse. We only stayed one night, but for a longer stay we would have definitely asked to move rooms - we both woke up feeling congested, puffed with what seemed like an allergic reaction. For the price, you would expect a higher standard, especially considering how quickly Gdańsk is developing and improving. If Qubus doesn’t invest in updates, it risks falling even further behind the competition.
