"Este hotel no entiende en lo más mínimo el concepto de servicio al huésped, quienes en realidad somos sus CLIENTES. Y para ejemplo basta un botón: Nosotros: 1. El día de llegada, 1:30 pm, cansados del viaje y sudados y muriendo de calor. Pedimos habitación y recomendación para salir a comer. Días después pedimos recomendación o contacto para ir a ver los delfines. Último día les pedimos llamar un taxi para ir al aeropuerto. Además olvidamos unas sandalias de marca de diseñador en la...

"No lo recomiendo. No se puede dormir de el calor que hace. Me hospedé en julio, en la información indica que la casa tiene aire acondicionado, pero nada más 2 de los cuartos tienen un aire pequeño, y el resto de la casa siempre estaba muy caliente. Los aires ni alcanzaban a enfriar también por lo mismo de que al salirnos se metían a apagar los aires."

"The photos are bit deceiving there is a huge abandoned building blocking the beach view which is also the view from the pool, the pool has seen better days we cut our feet on broken tiles. Location was good, close to beach, however don’t intend on sleeping the nights the clubs are open. The whole building was shaking from loud music until 5am. Convenient if you intend on partying but not if you’re looking for any kind of rest . However the staff were nice and the rooms were clean"

"It's a quiet little hotel in a very noisy beach town. No TV, good AC. Good curtains to block both noise and lights when we need to rest. Sparkling pool. You fix your own coffee, there is a common use kitchen with essentials to store, fix your own eating habits, clean after you use any utensils."
