"When I arrived the black out shade in my room was down, completely on the floor. I spoke with 3 different people on 4 different occasions and the issue was never rectified. I enjoy sleeping in when I'm on vacation and was unable to because of this maintenance issue. At the end of my stay there was still no attempt to compensate me for the inconvenience."

The hosts thought of everything, from stocking snacks and drinks, to having extra amenities and presetting the temperature for our arrival. We even had a hand written card welcoming us. We will 100% stay here again on our next trip to Jackson! "
