The location was also near perfect within walking distance to breakfast, lunch , dinner, massage, MRT, ferries, and even a money exchange next door. A great base to explore anywhere you want to go. The pool was great to enjoy after a hot day around town. The service was also impressive in every aspect. We took the complementary shuttle service to the pier area multiple times a day. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and a welcome back. We also stayed in 5 star hotels in Shanghai and Singapore during our trip, but this was the best overall experience. Now I know why it’s called the Shangri-La!"
