There is no where to sit at all in the room- Great jetted tub & ok king bed but no glasses, Kleenex or table & chair…weird as large kitchen area for the room. Only allows adults.

I will only stay here from now on. It’s so quiet I can’t ever hear anything from my room. The jacuzzi tub is the best. The view is out of this world. And the bed, bedding and pillows are AMAZING. The double shower heads are extra nice. Wonderful thick towels with robes for two. I just stayed for 3 nights and tried to stay 2 more and they were booked. I was so sad I had to find somewhere else to stay. Nothing compares to the Starfish Manor. Bravo!!

Very nice the ocean “side view” is a very side view. But nice room would be sure to get the oceanside if that is a want.

Noticed cracks in the paint in the bathroom, jacuzzi area and cabinets. Also tears in the carpet. Beside that everything else was wonderful! Staff was nice and polite. The view from our room was amazing!

Beautiful room and view. Room 306 needs updates, part of the walls missing and missing paint. Thick dust line around the edge of the room, the shower heads pressure was off spraying everywhere kinda of nightmare to take a shower. We stayed 2 nights and this is the 2nd time we came to this hotel and this stay was not as pleasant, i think they treated me worse since i went with a "third party booking" and booked through Expedia. Not my fault Expedia had better prices. Also sunday night a guest on the 4th floor was screaming from 1am to 2am at least waking us, slamming doors and things screaming running down the halls until she fell i heard her yelling owee then more slamming later until eventually i fell asleep again. 😴 if it werent for the nice rooms with tubes I wouldn't stay again for the price

This is our new favorite hotel! Everything was great! Comfy bed, comfy couch, great shower, amazing tub in front of ocean, deck with chairs. Nice, large, airy rooms. Great ocean view. Nothing but great things here!! Even the pillows were great. We will be back!

Put my wife and i on a ground floor so we had to keep our curtains closed the whole time because there was people right outside our sliding door. It was durty as well. Coffee maker, bathroom walls, pubes and urine on the toilet seat. Horrible stay for my wife birthday and for the price definitely not worth it.

We do have our Nautica rooms on all 6 floors, and the ground floor is the last place we like to put people, but it does happen, especially on weekends, when we are sold out. We do hope that you reported the housekeeping issues immediately to the front desk so they had an opportunity to rectify the housekeeping issues. We have looked into which room in particular you stayed in and will be passing this information on to our housekeeping supervisor.

The room has a nice view of the ocean, it’s in a perfect location but we got woken up at 11pm then again at 2am by a lady wondering around knocking on our door. The staff says it was one of the guest. It would have been a nice vacation if we get a good sleep..

Stunning views! Would have given 5 stars but halfway through our stay the tub water was coming out a yellow brown color. When we went to the office, they said to come back in an hour if it's still that way because they had just worked on the lines. The indoor tub was one of the big reasons we chose this place, so that was pretty disappointing.
