As a friendly reminder, with 3rd-party booking sites, you book a "room-type" and not a specific room. This means that multiple units can fit into a "room-type" and that the 3rd-party places you in what is available, regardless to specifications that you would have liked to have had. We do recommend to guests that if they have specific needs/requests, to contact us and book directly, or at the very least before their reservation so that we can try to accommodate the best we can. It's disheartening to hear that you feel that we weren't willing to work with you when we had offered to send housekeeping your way, and even assist you with hauling your luggage, both of which you declined. Unfortunately we cannot alter reservations after check-in, so we do apologize that you did not book what you had wanted. Thank you again for letting us know about the cooking pans so that we may pass on your feedback to the owners to consider your experience.
