"I don’t think the hotel industry is ready for kiosk check in and check out that are apparently staffed from some foreign country. Not having front desk staff there in person feels very impersonal."

"Stayed three nights as I was hiking in Great Basin and this was the best location available. The room was excellent...spacious, modern, quiet and very clean. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Mitch the maintenance chief was great. Had a shrimp dish in the restaurant one night...very good with fast service. The only negative for me was the overwhelming smoke smell when you entered the lobby. Overall, very nice stay."
