"The room was nice, comfortable, however, the bed was too high for me (a short senior) and I had difficulty "hopping" up on it. Once on the bed, it was very comfy. All of the rooms are non-smoking, you can smell smoke in the hallway, but there was no smoky smell in the room. Great water pressure in the shower/tub, but handheld shower-head was very difficult to move between sprays. The area is a little noisy due to traffic and they offered earplugs. DIRECTV made for a wide range of free television shows and movies to watch. I didn't open the window because of the heat, however, when I looked at it in the morning, I noticed that the screen was torn partially off and the tracking had not been cleaned of bugs. One other item that was disturbing was that the room deadbolt would stick. Very difficult to lock and unlock. Being close to the casino and lounge, I didn't want to leave it unlocked. I almost panicked the first time I tried to unlock it and couldn't. It took several tries while pushing or pulling on the door to get it in the right spot. The Margarita's restaurant was very good. Friendly staff and large portions. Their taco salad (huge) did not come with beans, but they were happy to add whatever kind I wanted. The breakfast short-stack pancakes were the size of a very large skillet- and all at very reasonable prices. All in all, this was a comfortable hotel. There were a couple of issues, but the cleanliness and comfort made up for them."
