Communication was clear and prompt, with helpful instructions for check-in and check-out that made everything seamless!The house was very clean and well-maintained, and it matched the listing description and photos accurately. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed while still being in a comfortable and quiet area.It was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely recommend staying here!"

"The front desk staff were very nice but the hotel is very run down, the bed sagged in the middle, I could hear road noise through the vented heating system. The cleaning staff had black garbage bags in many places and no carts to clean but grocery bags to carry supplies. The breakfast was fairly good and staff there was friendly. We had a hard time finding parking when we got back in the evening. Fredericton was busy this weekend so I think the hotel was full. I would not stay again. "

"The property is not as seen in photos. There were issues with our key, the lock in the main bathroom, the breakfast was not tasty and there was no toilet paper in our bathroom and it was not totally clean"

"Room was clean and breakfast on the 2nd day was ok. Could not get in to get breakfast on the first day as there were a few high school teams staying there. Very noisy and noone would do anything about it. We were not told there were tournaments and a bunch of teams staying there. They would not ask them to keep to thier rooms. hinges on the doors need to be greased. Cleaning staff kept slamming doors when going in and out of rooms. Suffice it to say, for what i paid for 2 nights, i would have rathered slept in my car. Would not recommend this place at all unless you're a teenager wanting to get away with disrepecting the whole hotel. "
