I booked Firehouse Lofts specifically because the listing advertised a hot tub, which was a major factor in my decision. Unfortunately, my original unit did not have one. Several hours later, I was moved to a different unit that was also supposed to have a hot tub, but that unit did not have one either. Additionally, the second unit did not have the large soaking tub that was available in my original unit.
The back-and-forth process of packing, unpacking, and moving between units took up a significant amount of my time, and I did not get settled back into my original unit until around 9 PM. This was frustrating and took away from the experience I had planned and paid for.
I do appreciate that I received a partial refund, and I’m glad the situation was at least partially addressed. However, the overall experience was disappointing, especially since the advertised amenity was the main reason I chose this property.
