"Friendly staff"

"A bit of a disappointment. Upon arriving we see a sign pointing to the office so we go find the office but its locked. We walk around and a lady in a golf cart tells us to go this way and go down there as she points so we go and run into another lady who demands to see our wrist bands and says we can't be on the property without one. We go back to the parking lot and get directed to the locked office. This time we find an envelope with my name on it and get a door key code. Then the owner shows up and takes us to our room that has 2 twin beds and a queen bed when i booked a king. None of the electric outlets would hold a plug. I had to tape plugs in place. There were bugs in the room and the wifi was garbage. 0.2 mbps. The drains in the bathroom were super slow. The fridge made a popping noise every 15 minutes so that was fun to sleep with. If the room was refundable we would have left but I'm not throwing away close to $400. Also mad at hotels.com for saying this was in tucson as its about 15 miles outside the city. "

"beautiful areas in a small town. Really enjoyed the stay. Plenty of room for all our Family in and outside of the property. read all instructions posted. All questions for the host was found in the tips and tricks posted on the fridge!!!! "

"Beautiful house with amazing views of the mountains. Enjoyed every minute of our stay at this home. Met the owners at arrival and were given a work through of the house. Very nice people and answered any questions we had during our stay promptly. The community is equally as beautiful as well. "

"Couches need replaced asap. They have no support, worn out on inside support. Inappropriate for this quality of home. Add a hot tub outside. Small cost to owner. Exterior patio is fine, but if you need something to garner attention of vacationing people, really beef up your backyard area. It is ver average at best"
