The staff was amazingly helpful and kind, the food was great and the room was nice and cool! Our main issue was this weird little area in the bottom pool of the infinity pool where there is a gap between the edge of the pool and a ledge. My daughter, who is only two, fell into this gap and sunk into water way over her head. Luckily I was right there and grabbed her, but there was no signage or warning at all that there was a risk here. All the amenities and pools were in a somewhat localized area so it’s easy to learn the ground. Spa was \*chef’s kiss\*. The food was pretty good as well. Room Service was FAST. The hotel rooms need a little maintenance; for instance a little rusting around the light fixtures and tub and the Sky Lounge planks need replacing. I didn’t get the wine pairing at SHE that I was promised but the food was good.
