Wonderful stay!

Great home with a lot of amenities for kids and adults! The kitchen was very well equipped, both game rooms were a lot of fun and hot tub was just an amazing experience ! Overall we had a comfortable stay, bedding was super comfy, everything was functional in the house with ample space The layout is very thoughtful and had a great location.

Excellent for Friends weekend

This house has everything you need!! It has lots of space and everyone was nice and spread out with plenty of room to be together. In a great place too! We were a group of 8 and really loved it!

Great house in perfect location

We were a family group of nine and found the house comfortable and spacious, and very convenient to beach and stores. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was modern and extremely well-supplied.

Amazing Merorial Day Weekend

The house has so much to offer. So many little details you only need food and your clothes! The beach is an easy 5-8 min walk. We are already planning to stay again next year!

Family & Friends 2025

This property checked ALL of the boxes for our group. We had 5 couples, 2 children and a dog and we all fit very comfortably. The property was everything we had hoped for and more! The space(s) were clean, they were large, and the amenities were many. The neighborhood is quiet and we loved being in Centerville as it is convenient to many areas of the Cape. The walk to Craigville Beach is easy and it only takes a few minutes, the items provided for use on the beach were plentiful and greatly appreciated. The hosts were responsive, friendly and helpful when we had questions. We would highly recommend this spot and we would definitely come back and stay here again in the future.

Beautiful house, very accommodating hosts

There were 9 of us who stayed and a dog, the house is plenty big to hold that and then some. It’s a beautiful and clean place with many things to do! We went during the winter and it was still a great location. The hosts are very nice and very helpful. My family is looking at renting this house again but for the summer next time!

Celebration of life for our mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who died 2 years ago.

We are a family group ranging in age from 8 to 68. The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for everyone and lots of fun things to do. Quaint area of Centerville on Cape Cod with shopping and lots of great restaurants. We could walk to the beach, although it was too cool to go in the water. We would stay there again.

Perfect Family Getaway Home

Our family celebrated mom’s 70th birthday with our 4 grown children and their children (4 grandchildren). It was so comfortable for everyone especially the grandkids who each had their own room within their parents room, a huge closet to put their blow up mattress. They absolutely loved it. We walked to the beach every day which was less than .2 miles. We used the large driveway for playing cornhole and the kids for riding their bikes. The hot tub was amazing and mostly enjoyed by the birthday girl.The kids loved the treehouse and we all enjoyed making s’mores at the fire pit. The media room was a huge hit as well. The only complaint was that the chairs in the dining area were uncomfortable. That’s an easy fix!!!We all had an absolutely amazing time in such a spacious and well kept home. Thank you Diane and Mike for making it so nice for us!!!!

Great house in a great location

8 adults staying Friday to Friday in late April.....house is amazing and Diane and Michael were great hosts. They even took the time to put out birthday themed napkins when I mentioned our group was celebrating a birthday-such hospitality! Location made it so easy for us to explore much of the cape-we did Nantucket, Sandwich, Hyannis, Provincetown, Plymouth, and Yarmouth. On days/evenings we were wiped out-there was so much to do at the house. Communicating with hosts was easy, timely and thorough. If travelling back to Cape Cod, I will absolutely look for this house first.

Great beach vacation for our extended family

My family enjoyed this spacious home located just a short walk to the beach and a few minutes drive to ice cream and restaurants. The nearby beach was great, never too crowded, we took many walks around the area- just picturesque! Not only was the location perfect, but the accommodations lended plenty of space for three generations. Everyone was able to have their own wing of the house bathroom included, the common areas were large enough, with the back porch being our favorite spot to be together. The fenced in backyard was an added bonus for our dog. The owners were responsive and checkin was a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We would absolutely rent here again!

Beautiful property

This was our cousin getaway!! We are all 50 plus and there was 11 of us. The weather didn’t cooperate, but this house was spacious enough with ping pong, air hockey and lots of games to keep us occupied so we just went with it. This property was totally stocked and very well organized. I have rented many vacation properties, but this was a standout!! It was spotless, we could not get over how clean and well maintained it was. The location is great!! So close to a beautiful beach!! The owners were so good at communicating with us, all we had to do was show up!! You won’t regret booking this place!! It’s our new favorite place!! Beautiful house with lots to do in the house and nearby

Beautiful house in a lovely, quiet neighborhood less than 10 minute walk from Covells and Craigville beaches. Lots of space inside, plus ping pong, game room, and hot tub, gave us plenty to do in the house on the first couple rainy days of our week. Great communication with hosts, and clear instructions. Would definitely stay again. Our only suggestion to future guests: one of our family members has very low mobility and the property was hard for her to navigate. Several short flights of steps to navigate between inside and driveway; limited railings; no grab bars in bathrooms; doorways with molding/coping on the floor; etc. This isn't a complaint, as the hosts never claimed the property was ADA compliant. But it was harder to navigate than we expected from the photos, and I would caution anyone who is wheelchair or scooter dependent to look elsewhere -- including at the hosts' other property which *is* ADA compliant (but was too small for our group).

Amazing trip!!

We had such an amazing trip. This house was perfect for our family…game room for the kids, hot tub for the adults, lots of toys for the 2 year olds. The owners spared no expense in making sure we had everything we needed for our trip so we didn’t need to bring much. The house had two pack and play cribs, beach towels, bath towels, sheets for the beds, garage full of beach toys and games, chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen had every pan/cooking accessory you could need, toiletries, laundry supplies, etc. the layout of the house was perfect for our group. The beach was beautiful and an easy walk or drive (they provided a beach pass too if needed). We spent most mornings drinking coffee on the deck and taking a nice run or walk down the streets. Perfect proximity to ice cream, parks, restaurants and stores. The owners were so sweet and responsive. Highly recommend this place. The only downside is that they are already booked for next summer or we would have booked now for next year! Thanks for an amazing trip!!!

Wonderful week spent at an Exceptional Property !

This property was immaculate on move-in. Our extended family of 11 , ages 2 - 66 , had no shortage of choices of activities. This house is on a quiet street , with a safe, quick walk to Craigsville Beach. A sand cart, toys, towels , and chairs were provided in case of need. The hot tub was a wonderful way to wind down an activity filled day .We also took advantage of the well made fire ring on a pleasent evening. Our hosts, Diane and Michael , left us makings for S'mores that included locally made marshmellows from a local candy shop. Couldn't pass that up. Having a complete kitchen and laundrty room was such a convenence and allowed us all to gather in common areas, no stress about clothes or meals. That is not to say that we took advantage of several meals out locally that were all absolutely delicious. Add in Mini golf , locally made or Gifford' s ice cream, Truro wine, the freshest seafood and two beautifully maintained, family- friendly bike trails and it just doesn't get any better. We made the most of every day, no matter the weather ! Our hosts anticipated every need / activity for all age groups. Any questions (just 2) were promptly answered. This is truly a five star stay !!! Highly recommend !!

Exceeded Expectations

Everything about the house was as described…and more! It was perfect for a 3 generation family vacation. Plenty of space for everyone. Diane and Mike have put much thought into the amenities included with the property. The kitchen has everything you need and a lot of “nice to haves”. Well stocked with supplies that aren’t always provided with VRBO properties. The bathrooms are stocked with more than the basic necessities. There are toys and games for all ages for fun at the beach, outdoors on property, or rainy days indoors. Diane and Mike are very responsive and anticipate questions with information prior to your stay. There was a binder on site with house information and local interests and restaurants. The location was convenient to the beach and local attractions. The yard is its own little haven with areas to have fun or just chill. We have stayed at many wonderful properties but this one stands out! Thank you Mike and Diane for sharing your place with us! We will be back!

Beyond the Beach was Beyond Beautiful

Our hosts Diane and Michael have done a fabulous job arranging their home for a wonderful stay! They have thought of everything vacationers might need and the provisions exceeded our expectations. Both inside their specious home as well as the surrounding grounds, there is ample space, whether playing a board game, enjoying a meal, or relaxing with a good book The home is located on a quiet tree lined street, just a short walk to the beach. As soon as you arrive you feel the beach vibe and know you are in for a fun stay!

Bright, Spacious, and Close to Everything

This property was perfect for our family—comfortable, clean, bright, and incredibly spacious. We loved having several rooms to relax in, whether it was reading, playing games, or watching TV. It made all the difference.The hot tub was the perfect way to wind down after a day of fun.We couldn’t have asked for a better location—just a short walk to the beach, and close to markets and great restaurants.We’re already looking forward to our next stay!
