High ceilings in the large living spaces of the open concept home, multiple comfortable seating areas, gourmet kitchen, upscale master suite, and relaxing lanai combine to make this retreat extremely special. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large laundry room with desk, and approximately 2,300 square feet this home is designed to make your stay especially memorable.

The open floor plan of this bright and airy residence offers a cheerful lifestyle with abundant natural light and elegant plantation shutters. The kitchen, dining and living areas are seamlessly connected to enhance quality time together.

The oversized sliding doors open to a magnificent view from both inside and outside the home of the championship golf course and nature preserve creating a peaceful retreat right at your doorstep. The lanai has comfortable sectional seating to enjoy hours of relaxation marveling at the ever-changing colors of the sunset or sunrise, reading a book, sipping a beverage, engaging in conversation, or simply “chilling.” There also is a large lanai table for outdoor dining.

The kitchen boasts quartz countertops with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances (including 5 burner stove), beautiful dishware, glasses and an abundance of kitchen items.

The luxurious master suite has beautiful furnishings with large mirror and TV. The adjoining upscale bathroom includes a tiled walk-in shower and double sinks with quartz countertops. All living areas and bedrooms have TVs.
