"The room was clean vut the hotel looks run down it needs some TLC, the staff where super friendly and the breakfast was good"

"Unfortunately I booked a standard room, so the minibar in my room did not come stocked with any drinks or snacks. More importantly, I did not notice till the evening before checking out that my shower did not produce hot water. Last, the breakfast at Southern Elements was grossly overpriced. Base price for 2 people was more than $80 dollars, and the breakfast itself was nothing spectacular. The restaurant also neglected to return my credit card upon paying the bill, a fact I did not notice till I tried to pay admission to the botanical gardens. Huge waste of time and money that I found very annoying"

"I have reached out to the hotel twice to let them know they overcharged me for valet and have not gotten a single response. Put a bad taste in my mouth after an otherwise lovely stay. "

"Parking was fine. Room was okay. Didn’t realize there were two thermostats and the room was running 80 degrees from the heat and 62 degrees on the wall unit. Worst part of the stay was getting attacked by a dog on site as I was trying to walk my own dog. Yall need to update your pet policy fast. "
