Really liked the location and our room was upgraded which was also very nice. Housekeeping did not observe the do not disturb sign several times in our 3 night stay. I would recommend putting the lock on the inside of the door to prevent their entry while you are still in the room.

"For a 5-star hotel, this is by far the worst one I have ever stayed at. The room didn't have the usual amenities, the bed was really uncomfortable, and they had price tags on everything-- even on a bottle of water.
