Villa Stipino is located in a small secluded place called Novi Čerminac in Osijek Region. This location is the perfect place for a countryside retreat as the accommodation is situated in a peaceful rural inland area with intact nature and rich vegetation. The property is located within a family farm that produces various natural products such as juices, jams, ajvars, syrups, and more.   
A private swimming pool and hot tube, as well as shared BBQ facilities, are at your disposal. This property also comes with a "hunting" house with a summer kitchen on the ground floor.   
  
Private parking is provided, reservation is not required.

Pets are welcome on this property.
