(598 reviews) The towels we got were dirty and stained. We could not use them. We took pictures and went to the reception to get new towels. The gentleman refused to give us towels as he wanted proof that the towels were not cleaned by their cleaning contractors. This shocked me. I gave them the original towels and finally got fresh towels. (153 reviews) Truly like having an apartment in the city. We got tired long ago of going out to eat every afternoon and night. Here we prepped lunches and cooked dinners on most nights (we stayed for a week.) There was also a washer for our clothes (no dryer, but a drying rack and plenty of living-room space worked well). The only downside is that Oslo has no sound ordinances, and people rev no-muffler motorcycles throughout the night until 4am in the summer that would get them arrested in any other sane city.
